Protient has made available a variety of baked goods for the low-carb lifestyle. This was made possible by using Protient’s Soy Protein Isolate 6000. The non-GMO soy protein isolate from Protient is membrane-filtered for bland flavor and high solubility. Bread mixes for commercial use or home bread ma­chines are now available, along with a pancake mix, which contains both whey protein and soy protein.
